Our Process

Initial meeting & information architecture
The purpose of the initial meeting is to identify the objectives, audience and requirements for your web site. From here we will plan the information architecture which will allow us to identify the content required for the site.

Visual design
The next stage in our process involves the creation of a visual design for your site, usually consisting of a design for the home page and one for an internal page. This stage usually includes one round of revisions.

Site build
Once the visual design for your site has been approved, including any revisions, the next stage is the construction of the site itself. This includes the insertion of any copy and images and any search engine optimisation the site may require.

Site launch
Now the site is complete the final stage is the launch of your new website. This is followed up with any tweaks or revisions as necessary.

Andrew Strachan
Andrew is Creative Director at Apricot Studios and is responsible for the day to day operations. He's a member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers (GAWDS). In his spare time Andrew is developing his food blog, Feeling Peckish.

Fiona is the office administrator at Apricot Studios providing a first point of contact for clients, handling correspondence, invoicing and monitoring income and expenditure. In her spare time Fiona is also the minute secretary for Drymen Community Council.
